Connecting with Portals
Sync your ChaMan calendar with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other portals. Availability updates automatically, so you can't accidentally double-book the same dates.
Supported platforms
iCal synchronization
iCal is a standard format for exchanging calendar data. Most portals support it.
- Export your ChaMan calendar and import it into portals.
- Import calendars from portals into ChaMan.
- Availability syncs in both directions.
Automatic updates
Calendars sync automatically every 30 minutes. You can also trigger manual sync.
- Set sync frequency as needed.
- Track sync history in the overview.
Preventing double bookings
ChaMan automatically blocks dates that are booked on other portals.
- Blocked dates are shown in the calendar.
- You'll get a warning if double booking is attempted.
Workflow automation
Bookings from portals are automatically imported into ChaMan including guest details.
- Imported bookings show their origin (Airbnb, Booking).
- Invoices and emails are generated for imported bookings too.

In property settings, you'll find the calendar export link.

In Airbnb or Booking.com admin, paste the link into sync settings.
